Cabbage pakoda

   

ingredients




Cabbage chopped 1cup
Chilli powder            1tbs
Garlic                         5pieces 
Gram flour                  7tbs
salt  to taste
oil deepfry



preparation:

1.  Chop the cabbage into medium pieces.
2. Grind the garlic pieces and add to the cabbage. Add all the other items(gramflour,salt) . And mix them.
3. Do not add water as the water in cabbage is enough for the mixture.
4.Heat oil in a pan. Make small balls and fry them in oil till golden brown and crisp. Cabbage pakoda  ready
